The issues I have had were normally because Accredo required additional information, or recertification of the prescription. I have come very close to running out of my prescription a few times as a result of this Dr./Pharmacy communication, but has always been resolved with a couple phone calls. After resolved, Accredo has always made sure the prescription got to me before I was totally out.”

“Just moved here a couple months ago and love it here. And in Love with the schools even more! Have an autistic son who has done wonderful since switching districts and schools. This neighborhood seems nice and pretty quiet. Plus its nice they have a great playground and a fitness center on site which I haven't checked out yet but still nice and convient. Also cool they have community gatherings at the clubhouse which u can also rent out for your own events. And theres a splash pad they are opening next summer that they already started to build. All this place needs is a pool and it'd be perfect! Oh and the playground/splash pad is right by a lake which has beautiful sunsets even in winter!”

“It was great! I went there for my physical check up. Made an appointment for 1:00pm, was told to go 30 min earlier. I got there around 12:45am, there was 2 other people but then lots of other people came in and fill it up quick. A little bit after 1:00pm, people was just getting called left and right. Bam (you), Bam (you), Bam (you). I finally got helped around 1:20pm (but it's on me, I didn't know I had to sign in, to let them know that I arrived. I wasted 10 min, just sitting/waiting). Got in, got check on, took some blood and I was out by 1:50pm-2:00pm. Fast and Efficient. Wish I can shout out my Doctor (but sadly I forgot his name lol, I'm SO SORRY to my Doctor lol)”

“Review update from 2 stars to 5 stars April 25, 2022 I made my exchange and I am a very happy customer. The selection is great. Staff is friendly and know there stuff. The local artist works are beautiful/awesome/way cool. It is a bonus to have another female to talk cigars thanks Megan. Purchased a Silicone bong. I took it home cleaned it and when I went to use it had soaked up all the smells of the Lake Orion store. You smell the pipe and all you can smell it the scents of the store. This can not be good to inhale so I took it back to exchange it. I was told by the store manager that there is no return policy. Would not make a call to their superior to find out if there is an exception since the pipe has soaked up incense and candle scents from the store. Highly disappointed!!!! Never got a receipt and never saw one sign that said no returns all sales are final. Was waited on by the store Manager and was never told that all sales were final. I have no problems with all sales are final just post it! And make sure you are telling your customers. I was in the store just me and the manager for close to an hour. I spent over $100. It was my first time in and NOTHING was mentioned about all sales are final. I just wanted to exchange a pipe that smells like the store and will be unhealthy to smoke from. One would think that they would want the customers happy and healthy. So disappointing that a business won't take care of there customer when a product is faulty. I am a business owner and I do this for my customers when a product is faulty.”
