He listened, took notes and understood what we were looking for to protect our family. After experiencing death in our family he was emotionally invested in our care. He hugged us, asking multiple times if we needed water, tissue or anything to help us feel more comfortable. I am BEYOND impressed with Sean Maher and his professionalism. We loved that he explained the policies in detail so we understood. He never pressured us in a particular way, he only educated us. “Car was rumbling over 50 mph, James diagnosed the tires+rims as being bad and quickly got them replaced and 100% fixed the issue. He also has invited me back to tighten the rim lugs multiple times to ensure snug/safe fit. I really appreciate his honesty throughout the process and his character to go above and beyond to ensure safety of his customers.”

“Update: Communicated with representative and everything was explained and made right. I am retracting most of what was written. The staff were professional and courteous. I had a good experience and will visit again. Went here to get an oil change and nobody was here. Hours on door read 8am-6:30pm. I arrived at 8:45am. No answer at the door, message on telephone line. This seemed incredibly unprofessional but the manager reached out to me and explained that it was all due to in climate weather. I hope that they can make it to when you call the phone number there is an alert if something is preventing normal operations.”
