I had a septum surgery and Dr. S was awesome before and after surgery. Went I first went into get my nose checked out he thoroughly checked everything that might be causing the problem. He did not push surgery with out evidence of me needing it. He took his time and analyzed all the data on my nose. He meet with me and explained all my options. As for surgery it was quick and effective. He followed up with me the next day to make sure I was okay. He takes pride in what he does. “Tried their loaded fries, combo platter and traditional wings. The food was much much better than what I expected. It was worth every penny. Everything seemed fresh and you could really feel the aroma once you enter the store. It really makes you crave for it. Staffs are pretty good too and well behaved. You can also find many varieties of drinks in the drink section, specially the Mango Pepsi which I saw for the first time. The most exciting part is that they will be adding red chicken again.”

Most recently, I went to my site (in the cold and rain) for a specific item. I just came from having a medical procedure and didn’t quite have the strength in my arms. Jay noticed me at my unit and immediately offered to help with the roll up door and even removed the additional ice in front. “The manager, Chad, is amazing!! I was trying so hard to vacate my storage unit prior to my monthly bill pulling from my account, and he was so helpful! My unit was in the center of the building, and Chad made sure I had the cart inside my building to make the move as easy as possible. He was a real pleasure to deal with - totally a "people" person who belongs in a customer service role.
