“My five-star review is especially for Anthony and Terry, the team who delivered and installed our new microwave recently. They did a fantastic job! To start with, they called to let us know they were on their way. They arrived on time, exactly as promised. They greeted us very professionally as we welcomed them into our home. I couldn't believe it only took them about 15 minutes to remove the old microwave, install a mounting bracket, and secure the new model up on the wall -- always taking great care to not damage anything. They even asked to borrow our vacuum to clean out the sawdust in the upper cabinet. After making sure the appliance was working correctly, they removed all the packing materials along with the old microwave. They politely thanked us for our business and made their way back to their truck. Our house was one of eight deliveries they were scheduled to do that day. (I'm so glad we agreed to letting the professionals handle this job, even though there was an extra fee. If I had tried to do this myself, it would've taken me at least a week and resulted in several unwanted holes in the wall and a couple trips to the emergency room.) Thank you, Anthony and Terry. “The first time I was here - about two months ago, I wasn't a huge fan. Cold food, did nothing to fix my order. But when I came back this time my experience was much more pleasant. Awesome staff and it seemed like they had a different manager who was far more attentive and involved in the every day customer interactions. Plant burger was really tasty! And overall much better! I come from retail and food myself so all of this meant a lot to me. “Had a service call for glass shower door. When my shower door was installed 5 years ago, the brackets holding the glass was not properly fastened to the curb w/ screws (glued on),,so with daily 'wear-and-tear', the brackets came loose and the glass started to swing, w/ possibility of falling. Appointments were made quickly, price was kinda 'high' in my opinion, but the job was done right. The two people that came to fix the brackets, were quick on the job, cleaned up their mess, and attached the brackets correctly with screws.. will hire again in the future for projects. Thank you.”
