The Shores of Anchor Bay

i rate them a 5 star because today on March 14 2023 we went out there to talk to Carole the leasing sales manager and we had a great conversation, and she is funny, friendly, caring, and honest and she answered all of our concerns that we had questions on and me and my husband viewed a nice home i would love to get approved and rent. i read the negative reviews today before coming to this place and i read the positive reviews i like the positive reviews. I said to Carole, "we want to give it a try and give this place a chance. Anyways i hope my 3 kids if we get approved can make new friends

My family has lived here for over 12 years and the improvements that have been made since new management has come in has been awesome! Tammy, Amber, Carol, Steve and the rest of the staff have really turned this place around, getting so many things done that had been neglected for so many years! Keep up the great work! They listen and genuinely care about making this a great & safe community for everyone to live in!

This is a wonderful little park it is very clean lots of friendly people and it has a nice path to walk along the river. It is located in big Rapids it’s a wonderful town and this is a wonderful park enjoy
