Shoreview Apartments

Wonderful staff! The location is perfect for me for an easy commute to the hospital and downtown!

Shoreview was such a wonderful place to live. It is a great location, balanced between nature and the city; comforted by an attentive staff and maintenance team. If I lived in the area moving forward, I would absolutely continue renting here. If it is within your price range, this is the place to be. I'm so grateful to Jenna and the rest of the team at Shoreview.

We lived at this residence for 2 years and had a good experience overall. We had quite a few small maintenance issues over our time at Shoreview, but Justin and the gang were always quick to respond to our requests. Our biggest complaint is the laundry setup...the machines are small, expensive, and are constantly out of order; unfortunately they are outsourced to a separate company so they are not the maintenance team's issue.

Very happy we spent our time in Ann Arbor here, right next to the Huron River, utilizing the pool, adequate parking, and basement storage unit provided.
