(October 14, 2019, 4:48 pm)Great place to workout. The staff are friendly and inviting. The facility is very clean with several equipment options. I recently wanted to change up my workout, so I approached Trainer Kristi for some help.
I found Kristi to be friendly, invested and super knowledgeable. It's been a week so far following the new program she developed for me and it's been awesome.
In addition, Kristi followed up on my progress and offered further guidance.
I highly recommend this place
