Uptown Ann Arbor

I recently moved into my apartment in July at Uptown, and I can’t emphasize enough how helpful Tamara is. She’s the person who initially made time for me to come tour the apartment and was my main point of contact during the application process. She would answer any questions that I had in a prompt and professional manner.

Since I’ve moved in, I’ve continued to be in contact with Tamara regarding any maintenance I may need, reserving a car port, or questions I have regarding the lease and she’s always kind and happy to help.

I believe having a team of people that may address any concerns you have, and having someone that makes sure any maintenance issues are addressed promptly is very important when renting an apartment. Tamara has served all of those roles and made me very content with my decision to come live at Uptown Ann Arbor!

Recently, I moved to Uptown Ann Arbor, and the experience has been wonderful. The management team was friendly, and Tamara was incredibly helpful. The property manager was very kind, and the maintenance guy Jeff also provided significant assistance. Since the move went smoothly, I was able to start living comfortably at Uptown Ann Arbor. The apartment is located in a great area with good transportation and excellent access to nearby amenities, and it is always kept clean. I am constantly impressed by how the management team and maintenance staff manage the apartment complex.

Uptown Ann Arbor is a hidden gem and I absolutely love living here! The location is easily accessible to the highway, is very close to multiple restaurants, has wonderful amenities including the gym, pool, clubhouse and seating area outside. Everyone is friendly and the maintenance team is fantastic and always on top of everything! Tyler has been exceptional in answering any questions or concerns that I have and was a tremendous help during the move (including the tour) and throughout my stay at Uptown Ann Arbor. I have been living here for the past three years and have had a wonderful experience! The apartments are modern, with plenty of windows, which is fantastic. The maintenance team is quick to respond and very helpful. An added bonus is the free Starbucks coffee and sparkling water available every day!

The staff are incredibly helpful, and Tyler has been super friendly and always ready to assist with whatever we need. I have lived in several apartments in the Ann Arbor area, and this is by far my favorite due to the wonderful staff and its close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. I would recommend living here to all of my family and friends!

I absolutely love living at Uptown, everything is kept very clean, including the hallways (the hallways smell amazing thanks to the cleaning crew I see come through frequently). I love having access to the pool, gym, and all the restaurants below. Not having to worry about maintaining my living space allows me to focus on my business. While living in my clean modern style loft, I have been able to grow my business in so many ways! Tamara has been a tremendous help since the beginning, she has been here for every question I've had over the last two years. Thank you Uptown!
