Excellent service very accommodating

We have been working with David Hamlet of Superior Van Mobility,
Ypsilanti, MI. Being a current wheelchair van owner, we had a good idea what we wanted just did not know the current options available. Dave did a great job even came in on the weekends to show us different manufactures offerings as they became available. We picked up our new Seina on Friday and it's only been a week but so far, the van is pretty awesome, a major upgrade from our 2010. I will give another review in the fall after we get 6 months or so on it.

I love this place! Superior Van and Mobility in Ypsilanti MI helped me when another so called mobility store would not, saying adding a lift to my car was impossible. Well, it was not impossible for Superior, not only they got one shipped in, they installed it in less than a day AND they dealt with the VA so I did not even need to make a phone call. 10 Stars!!!

I have been living with MS since 1990, and in the past 32 years have been served by a variety of mobility equipment vendors. This year, Superior Van & Mobility opened a new store in Ypsilanti just a 25 minute drive from my home and what a pleasure it has been to work with them! I was in the market for a new vehicle this year, and visited several different conversion van dealers. Superior Van had by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable people, and a great inventory too. We rented a vehicle from them to learn more, and working with David there, were able to settle on our best option. We bought an AWD Pacifica from Golling Chrysler in Chelsea, and Superior Van installed all of the necessary mobility equipment. David, Ron, Colleen and Chuck are all great people who care and are easy to work with.Thank you for being here and taking care of me. I will be back.

I cannot say enough fabulous compliments about each of the staff members at Superior Van & Mobility!! We brought our van in, that was new to us, for maintenance issues, as well as, an issue created by the install of a lock in system by another handicap vehicle service.
Ron took each of our needs very seriously and addressed each one with great care and ingenuity! Ron and Steve worked very hard to resolve all of our issues, and they did an outstanding job!
Colleen was warm, welcoming, and sincerely kind each time we called and as we hung out with her in the lobby. 😀
Chuck greeted us with gratitude and added to the appreciation we felt by each of them! Dave was very helpful when we made the appointment and steered us in the right direction!
