“I have multiple units across metro Detroit and i find this facility one of the better ones. The units have insulation on the ceiling. some have power. The rates are very reasonable , especially for ann arbor. I find the other reviews some what ignorant and have bad expectations when using a storage "shed". rodents and animals are everywhere and its up to you to protect your stuff. No matter what they will try to get in. No storage place is rodent proof. This place and other places have traps but it doesnt get them all. Realize if you want it to be perfect you need to take precautions and double box and wrap valuables to protect them. The team here has always been nice to me and very helpful with my specific needs.
