Cause he was dealing with one of our carrier customers that were challenging him a bit. He deserves all the praise!!! Thanks Robert! :)

Typically phone store workers I deal with are very nonchalant with their customer service but she was very genuine and helpful and got me what I needed. Recommend this store to all.
