(August 7, 2019, 4:58 pm)I am not a member of Fifth Third Bank, but I stopped at this location due to a concern over counterfeit currency I was paid during a private sale. I arrived shortly before closing, but they were happy to help me (no line which was nice!) and verified the currency. Their service and attitude were top notch and, although I am part of a credit union, I haven’t experienced service like this at any bank in awhile.

(November 1, 2017, 3:24 pm)Been with this bank for 10+ years. The staff is consistently helpful and makes sure that I'm happy when I leave. There are a few folks there that are members of the community and a few folks who come in to fill in occasionally. It's a pretty happy office setting altogether and a quick in and out.
I just had my first overdraft in a very long time and after calling the office to speak with one of the helpful folks behind the desk, my fees were reversed as my deposit had come in on the same day. Never ever had a problem there and will continue to do business with them!
My thanks to the staff who have become friends.
