“Dr Steven Silverman and his office go above what others do and beyond the extra mile. They agreed to do a video conference call, with B.C.N.,to try and get me the Facet block I need for my severe left neck, head, eye,and shoulder pain and spasms. Waiting for an answer Monday but they have already given me 15-20 days of being pain /spasm free with the first Facet (Diagnostic) Block. Have not had that in YEARS!!! The Rhizotomy I receive earlier this month is my hope of definitive relief as the first one gave me 7 years (now they say minimum 6 months to a year at least). I am requesting another Facet Block to cover the pain and spasms until the Rhizotomy can take over (the nerves are inflamed while healing and require very strong meds but I want a better quality of life as the meds make me sleep for 12-18 hours a day and also make me groggy for hours each day). I also like that he did not require a brand new MRI when I first saw him!!! That saves me hundreds $$$ in co pays and is not needed as he uses fluoroscopy so he can see what he is doing (It is not blind work)!!! Thank you Dr Silverman and Office staff!!”

“This review is a little over 4 months overdue! Dr. D Swastek made such an impression on me that not even my baby brain could make me forget what a wonderful experience I had with him! In the height of Covid delivering my first child I was nervous among other emotions and Dr. Swastek made me feel like I was on cloud 9. We talked as if we've known each other for years. The conversation being light, positive, upbeat, reassuring and understanding. My deliver wasn't easy and I was looking forward to my epidural even though it was midnight and induced labor for over 24-hours. Dr. Swastek made me laugh and with clear, easy instructions reassured me everything was going to be alright. He took extra precautions and listened to my concerns. He made my birthing experience a pleasant one, St. Joe's is lucky to have him as was I! I can only hope our paths cross again and that I am blessed to have another healthy baby.
