About 3 weeks later ,I was in Ann Arbor picking up my machine …Jeffreye spent quality time explaining all to me and fitting me with mask … he was very kind and informative… I called the next morning with some questions , and talked to Austin who also spent the time on the phone reassuring me and things I could do to adjust myself to the CPap …. What a supportive caring team … I highly recommend these guys !”

I don't know what I'd do without her. BUT I had no idea that she also treats dogs and cats! Our little beagle was in severe pain. Her neurologist sent her home with several pain medications and instructions for strict crate rest after a negative MRI and spinal tap. Over the course of two weeks her condition steadily worsened and we were beside ourselves, not knowing how to help her find some relief. It is clear she has been classically trained in the Original Hot Bikram Yoga lineage and has deep and long-term faith in this yoga method. Class was pure, beyond therapeutic, transformational, medicinal, loving, detailed, clear, positive, strengthening, professionally instructed, and joyous. It is rare and difficult to find a true yoga school these days - one that is committed to the principles of stillness, standard sequence, normal breathing, discipline, faith, teachers teaching (i.e. not practicing along with students), and a focus on the spine and nervous system. It is really a miracle that the bikram / original Hot Yoga method persists in the yoga "market" with all the yoga-fitness options out there! It is a huge testament to the method and to the old-school bikram-trained teachers like Jozlyn that this school is here. I am so grateful. Definitely try at least ten classes within a month as a new student. The only way to avoid the healing power of this class is to not show up!”
