(September 22, 2022, 9:02 am)This was my first experience ever having to purchase a storage unit while moving, but Ms. Shanté at the front desk, was very helpful, quick, and knew everything she was talking about. Also, she made sure that I got the same size unit for the $1 month sale they have, which was a relief for me of course. She also showed me the size of the unit to make sure that, that was what I wanted to purchase.

She was pleasant and explained everything and got it all worked out! She is a gem and made my Public Storage experience so much better! PS is lucky to have her! Thank you Shante!!
