  I have to admit this was THE single best experience I've had at a restaurant that was within an hour of closing. We stopped in about 30 mins from closing, and not a single gripe from any employee. Andre the manager is the reason for that! All the employees that were on shift that night were amazing. They all worked well together, our food came out hot and fresh, and out shakes with whipped cream were delicious. I have to say that this store is one of my favorites. I don't think i will be able to find a better experience at a restaurant so near to closing time. Thank you Andre and team for making such a great experience for my family and I. Keep up the excellent work and the great attitudes. This alone will keep myself and others coming in

  I've been there at least twice and the days I did visit were great. I never had Five Guys before and the burgers are good like the one you would get from a grill. You get extra fries and the extra vegetable/toppings you can add on top of the burger taste fresh. The majority of the employees are nice and work hard to deliver food swiftly. I wish that workers would wear their masks correctly. Some wear their masks around their chin or their masks does not cover their nose and mouth completely. I also wish more customers would wears their masks on the entire time in the place. Like other people, the wait times can be hard to stand through. While the food can get add up to be a bit expensive, Five Guys has great food compared to other burger chains.

  I don't come to Five Guys often, and when I do my experiences have been fine. I went today and Andre (probably the manager) did such an AWESOME job of running everything, from the register to the kitchen. He was super fast and efficient. He was very good at communicating with the other employees to make sure they were all on the same page. It's not often anymore that you see great customer service, especially during Covid.
