Extremely cold temperatures caused a bathroom pipe to burst. I was in total panic mode because it happened on Christmas Day! After calling multiple plumbers, and reaching no one, I had to wait until the next day to try again. Well, with Christmas being observed on a Monday because it fell on a Sunday, my luck was not much better. However, after leaving a message with Lenox, I received a return text message! An appointment was scheduled for the same day and a plumber arrived and provided excellent customer service. Matthew Tacia is his name. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have. He is knowledgeable and efficient. (I also must say he is extremely patient as I hit him with 10,000 paranoia-filled questions.) Matt will be returning to complete two more unrelated plumbing jobs in a few days. I totally trust his expertise. From scheduling to completion of the job, Lenox was amazing!

Repeat customer here! I reached out to Lenox this morning regarding to the broken tub pipe. I left a message and placed an order for emergency repair on their website. Not too long later it was scheduled and Matt came out to assess the situation. He was professional and clear on what was needed. Reasonable cost on the task/repair. He was quick! I was surprised at how quickly I was able to have this project scheduled. I needed a rusting vintage farmhouse sink replaced with a new one, my faucet removed and installed on the new sink, and my new garbage disposer removed from the old sink and replaced on the new sink. It was a difficult job because of the weight (150 lbs.) of the new sink and no wiggle room as far as dimensions. The installers did a beautiful job and even cleaned up the debris. They were friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Lenox Plumbing. I have used them before (water heater installation) and will use them for future projects.
