He greeted my family when we arrived, made my children feel as if they were at home. They enjoyed watching tv and looking at the new phones. He stayed within budget regarding what I needed for my business lines. He was very knowledgeable about the phones, cases, insurance, and so much more. He assisted with setting up the phones, made sure I knew how to create my Apple ID and stayed after closing hours to make sure everything was completed and done correctly.
