(May 21, 2020, 10:21 pm)Ordered a grab bar and it was delivered in about 3 days. However the wrong finish was in the right box and I contacted them to return. They said they would ship the right one the following Monday but later sent an email saying they were out of that finish and issued a refund. All in all a great customer service experience after notifying them of the mistake. Would definitely buy from them again.
