Each instructor I’ve worked with so far is talented, well trained, compassionate and sincere. The studio is a clean, comfortable and safe space to practice. Upon leaving I feel relaxed, clear and grounded. Thank you for the experiences! I will continue to come back!

(June 21, 2019, 8:14 am)Wonderful center! The ambiance is calming and the equipment is in excellent condition. Raluca is beyond amazing. The pricing for classes is very affordable which is like a cherry on top 😁. Definitely recommend giving this yoga center a try, you won't regret it.

(June 18, 2019, 8:56 pm)I have tried three different teachers/classes at this yoga studio. The instructors were all compassionate, skilled and knowledgeable. They made adaptations and gave me alternative poses when I needed modifications. This is a judgement free zone. The teachers really want to assist students on their journey of learning yoga. I highly recommended yoga at Henry Ford Health System.
