They really do treat your pet like their own, super staff, very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Dr Castro is the bomb, I tell everyone, if she can't fix it, it can't be fixed, and I have never seen her give up on a patient....

The veterinarian and assistants were cool with me being in the room for the exam and conversation, which is my #1 metric when choosing a vet.

Also, I have not been barraged with their emails and marketing and it has been over a week since my visit, which is my #2 metric.

While my visit was literally one of the worst days of my entire life, the staff here at VCA Newman Edgewater was kind, accommodating, compassionate, and professional, and will be my veterinarian for as long as I live in Edgewater.

Wished I switched to VCA sooner. Had a vet in Port Orange of almost 7 years before we made the switch, and the difference was night and day! Great customer service, scheduling, and friendly all around. Vets are knowledgeable, and you can tell the staff all work very well together.

I was here for 11 days - from - 11/4/21-11/15/21 - for rehabilitation - the staff was always friendly, and wanted to please the client. The food was good, and was delivered to the client's room, as they do not use their dining room because of COVID-19. The staff always takes covid 19 very seriously, and are always using their masks like they should be. Overall my experience was very good.
