(June 22, 2021, 5:00 am)Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were able to assist me with replacing a battery and answered all my related question. They even helped me to realize that the battery in my Mercedes failed because it wasn't vented properly - just from conversation and without seeing me uninstall it. Tested the battery for free and even charged it first for free to even be able to test it.
