We began working with Guillaume when I inquired online regarding a townhouse for sale. He responded and began working with my husband and I that ended successfully with a purchase of our downtown townhouse. We also planned to sell our single family home within the same time period, but was delayed an entire year when remodeling of our townhome resulted in a fire. Guillaume remained in touch with us from 2018 until we sold our home in December of 2020. Keeping us up to date with home sales in our area for almost 2 years allowed us to be well informed about the market in our sought after neighborhood. Walking us through the pricing of our home led us to a listing price that resulted in an offer just one day after listing and a second offer on the fourth day which we ultimately agreed to after negotiation. I've just been through a rather unconventional home sale (I live abroad and have not seen the property since I lived there 15 years ago) and Guillaume has been a great agent to help me through every step of the process.
