(April 6, 2016, 5:55 pm)I am a new owner at the Riverhouse and I like the property. It's a part time apartment so it works for my needs, the small library, fitness room, and laundry room are quaint and peaceful.
The security is a nice touch and they patrol the halls to keep the environment safe.
Everyone has spoke and done self intros so far, or I approach them.
It's kind of historical or rustic to me. Hotel vibe that I own a piece of. I like it and it's a cool spot to chill in my city.....
