Walked in and gave me a time I could come back. Victor hooked it up for me as I needed a cut for the local movement festival! Was happy with the cut and had a great time chatting with him! Highly recommend this place!

Standard Barber Co has an incredible atmosphere. Sam, Vince, and Sterling are always highlights when I come in and I truly enjoy catching up with them during every visit.

I would highly recommend getting a cut from Sterling. He always gives me a great cut that has me looking and feeling great! He also takes an interest in my life and I enjoy our conversations so much that I look forward to coming into the barbershop for those as well as the cut.

I would highly recommend making a visit over here. One of the best places in the city for a haircut for sure.

Visiting from out of town I was not happy I had to use another barber from my own back home. Sterling Anthony changed my mind. He’s the real deal. Glad I came, he is skilled and pays close attention to detail. Anytime I’m back in Detroit I’ll for sure stop in.

Glad I found this shop when I moved to the city! I’ve seen Josh each time and he has never disappointed: I have thick, pin-straight hair typical for Asian men, and he knows how to cut it correctly. Josh gives an excellent fade, offers top-notch service, and is a fantastic conversationalist. The shop has great hours, smart music, and an unbeatable view. Can’t recommend Standard enough.
