My son learned a lot from him about Capoeira and discipline all while having fun. Creative Movement Brazil provides a great environment for all ages to get in shape, learn, and have fun while doing so. I definitely recommend Creative Movement Brazil for anyone who is looking to get in shape and have a good time while getting healthy.
