(November 22, 2021, 4:10 am)One of the better locations but when it gets busy it can get prrtty disorganized and the lines get very long. However they have an amazing selection and I enjoy the clearance section for some great steals but I was disappointed that I had to come back to return a gorgeous pair of boots I bought because they weren't the same size. One was a 9.5 the other was a 7.5. I only tried on the left one and was so excited that I quickly jumped in line to purchase. I didn't keep the box or receipt and said I would just carry them out. When I came back a few days later to see if they had the missing shoe I was told that unfortunately they didn't but they would still be able to refund me despite no receipt or box. They were able to look up my purchase. I really appreciated that. Sometimes stores will give you a hard time about that. Lastly, I want to say that the staff is very helpful and friendly but they are clearly overwhelmed and overworked so be patient and be kind :)

All my customers deal direct with me and I do not recall doing business with you a month ago. I am willing to provide a refund for your company since you claim I provided poor work. All I will need is for you to provide an Invoice from my company and I will be more than willing to fully refund your company since I never want to leave a customer unsatisfied.
