  Brasia is awesome! I know we had a previous incident that maybe helped her remember my name or maybe she's just good with that but she ALWAYS greets me by name. Even if I haven't been to the hotel in awhile she ALWAYS does. Even with the incident we had, they still accommodated me and my family when they clearly didn't have to. We were able to communicate and this situation was amicably resolved. This hotel gives great customer service in a time where customer service has been LOST! And I appreciate that!! They even serve a complete complimentary breakfast, a nice compliment evening dinner or snack (depending on your eating preference lol), and they give you (again) complimentary alcoholic beverages... all of which is nothing I've ever experienced with any other hotel, so BIG 👍🏼

  Hotel was clean staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was in a perfect location, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There was easy access to the highway. Because of a mix-up house keeping didn't clean our room but with one phone call the problem was resolved immediately. The breakfast was good and the dinner they provided was good. The pool was even nice. I come to Cleveland at least twice a year and I will be staying here every time. I would definitely recommend it to others.

  Very very clean! Delicious dinner and cocktails in the evening, hot breakfast the next morning. Regular and decaf coffee and tea available 24/7. Staff are helpful, polite, and professional. Our room was spacious and although we faced the interstate, was nice and quiet. King bed is very comfy with lots of pillows. Plenty of mirrors to primp while bathroom is occupied. My only suggestion is to put a towel hook closer to the shower. I will stay again.

  My husband and I live in the area but decided to celebrate our five year wedding anniversary at the Drury Inn. We enjoyed this hotel. The dinner and breakfast being included the three drink tickets per person per day was awesome. The indoor pool and spa was wonderful. I must say thank you for a very enjoyable stay. The only thing I didn't care for was the coffee. I tried everyday I was there and didn't care for the flavor but such a small thing. I will absolutely be back for another stay cation

  This spot is worth a try. They serve large portions for convenient prices. Constantly well organized and with awesome mood. I highly recommend this place.

  I order here at least once a week and let me tell you they’ve never let me down everything is home made and it shows great prices large portions my go to place to eat thank you for caring about your customers and Quality of your food?

  Great place with delicious food. The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and quick with their service.
