Orleans Landing

Zach, Andre, and the team do a fantastic job! Orleans Landing is a great place to live in a fun location right downtown along the riverfront. Wonderful amenities and modern apartments make living here great!

I lived here for 3 months so far and I got to say the staff are great and the rooms are too! I thank this place for it’s effort during COVID-19.

While my wife and I didn't end up leasing, Andre and the rest of the staff at Orleans Landing were fantastic. Andre is easily the best leasing agent we've ever worked with - professional, responsive, and super fun.

The units and community are also excellent. The property is clean and safe, with easy access to the Riverwalk and Dequindre Cut. The 1-bedroom we toured was an excellent layout and provided a lot of value for the money. I definitely recommend checking out the property and touring with Andre!

Our tour guide, Andre, was simply amazing. He was very patient, and informational during out walk thru tour. He also was very courteous, and full of energy in which was was very infectious. Would highly recommend a tour with Andre. I feel that you do get a abundance of amenities for the price they are offering, great fitness room, laundry service, if needed, pool, community rooms, and parking. The best part is the off the street, gated parking. The location speaks for itself. Please check out for yourself, and judge from there.

Orleans Landing has been a great experience so far. Their management is quick and responsive with repairs, neighbors are all friendly, and the move in process was easy.
I see a lot of negative reviews online but those are all from the old management company. Village Green has definitely turned this place around.
Highly recommend Orleans Landing if you’re a student downtown!
