Today it was AMAZING customer service! I had four items to ship that required a larger size box. The clerks have always been great to do business with. Always going the extra mile.
Today, they went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced.
The boxes I had were too big and would have cost upward of $30-40 each!! Even though the item inside the box was less than a pound. They suggested to use one of their boxes that was smaller but still big enough to fit what I needed.
They saved me almost a third of what I would have had to pay.
