I visited there today the owner Eric had his crew stay past time of closing so I could have new tires put on my wife's SUV which carries our most precious cargo being our 2-year-old son. Every staff member I spoke with was knowledgeable, courteous and answered every question I had. I had been to Hood's Tire once a few years back and kind of forgot about the shop but don't sleep on Hoods Tire. “Saved by Master Brakes this past Friday. My Avalanche performance front discs literally lost some of their mounting bolts. I called MB at about 4 PM and 2 miles away. They said be careful and come on in. They met me ready to go, in their driveway. They found a bolt, corrected the poor install on the driver's side, then insisted on checking the passenger side. Good they did, sure enough, it was installed incorrectly and had lost a mounting bolts, also. All in all, they found another bolt, and corrected all my issues! The owner tried to give me my tip back, but I insisted. Best possible care and super fast, back on the road in about 30 minutes. Excellent work! Many thanks. I highly recommend Master Brakes!”
