During the examination, Dr. Karmo was very attentive, listened to his concerns and provided him with excellent care. “I will start by saying that I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the security. I parked in a space that was open, and unmarked. And Was forced to move.. The security told me that it was employee parking only, which I completely understand and I'm willing to oblige by. But as I was moving , 2 other people pulled in to where he told me to move from, and it wasnt an issue for them.. There was a total of one parking space being used in the entire lot when I got there, plenty of spots by both the entrances the entrances. I have been here in the past and used the same spot and it has never been a problem. Otherwise, this is an amazing dispensary with amazing staff Edit: got a phone call from the owner, and she apologized up and down. Problem was clarified in less than an hour of posting a review... these guys seriously care about their patients! If you havent tried thc detroit, i highly suggest you do!”

“It's the basic run of the mill office. Limited resources. I've been about three times. Today, I was turned around at 530 because they stop seeing patients at this time. No other reason was presented. But they are open and operational. I'll be sure to let The Wellness Plan know this as well. The following day, a Sunday, they're not open at all!”

“Everyone at the Imagine Center has been kind during the intake, when we could get a call back, and in person but now I'm reading all these reviews saying that the staff never returns phone calls and questioning what is really going on. After a lengthy evaluation (in person) then diagnosis' (via zoom) we were told the doctor would send my son an email of his results and resources to get the help he needs. We were very excited to finally have answers to what has been going on for years. The therapist and clinical assessment director were wonderful to us and very kind but It's been weeks and we are still waiting. ***Update*** We finally got the information we were waiting for and now we will move on with the resources. Though I appreciate everything... they are incredibly slow to respond so please be aware of that when seeking their services.”
