T-Mobile

Switched carriers about a year ago. I've had some issues here and there but each time the manager Justin has personally reached out to me to make sure it was fixed and that I was still satisfied with my service.

Morgan was great! The visit was easy, she was helpful and talkative. The card reader was definitely glitchy but that's how those things are anyway.

Justin and Morgan rock! They went above and beyond to facilitate my father getting into new service and conversion from a competitor. This was handled by actually visiting the care facility where my father is currently undergoing treatment. 5 stars was only given because the option to give 10 was not available.

Highly recommend Flat Rock T-Mobile. Come see Justin and Morgan!

I would just like to give a big thank you to Justin and Morgan at the Flat Rock T-Mobile for helping my fiancé and I get out of our contract through AT&T. You both were amazing and went above and beyond for excellent customer service.

If anyone is looking to get phones through T-Mobile they are the way to go!

(I have a T-Mobile four minutes down the road, and we still went to them due to the customer service)
