I had an issue with some wings, when I called to complain the lady took down my number and said Id receive a call back from management. I honestly thought I’d never hear from anyone. The next day I received a call as promised. Shawn, the manager, called and explained what happened and gave me a credit. Great attitude and extremely pleasant. Haven’t had customer service like that in a while!!!
