At one of the hardest times in our lives, Eldercare came through for us when we just had no idea what we were going to do or where were going to turn. Krishelle was beyond responsive whenever we had concerns and our caregiver truly made a difference in our Moms' life when she needed it most. We saw a side of Mom come out when she was with her caregiver that we never knew was there. It was a gift, one we will cherish forever. My only regret is that we waited so long when we could have hired her sooner and had our Moms' life be a little easier, as well as, our own. We struggled for a long time juggling, it was hard for us, but even harder on her. The are very concerned with the care of their clients. I've worked for other home care companies that do NOT care about the well-being of their clients just the money and Elder Care is not like that at all!!! Very good company!!!
