  Great atmosphere. We received complimentary bread and garlic sauce several times. They have a wide variety menu. Loads of vegetarian options. Serves Halal. Inexpensive menu items. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Definitely would recommend to eat here. Step out of your comfort zone.

  Sometimes in the bounty of middle-eastern restaurants in SE Michigan it can be hard to stand out but AliBaba Shish Kebab manages to do so with some extraordinary takes on the usual menu items. Their Iraqi kafta kebab is unreal; the smooth texture and buttery, rich flavor sets it apart from other places and the bounty of huge, chunky grilled vegetables provides an excellent counterpoint. Their falafel is crunchy and rich, and their salads are so expertly chopped that I've only seen their equal in very, very high-end restaurants. The Iraqi village salad and jajeek salad are both incredible. There would be no shame in coming to this place and getting two salads for your meal!
