(April 29, 2023, 12:47 pm)Hit a pothole and got a flat at 2 am yesterday. No one was available to tow me, and my lug nuts were swollen enough that my tire iron didn't fit around them anymore, so I got a ride home and limped my car to Uncle Sam's the next day. I pulled in and they had me in a bay before I said one word to them. They offered to put on my spare or replace my tire with a brand new one. I chose the new tire. They had to hammer a socket onto my lug nuts to get them off, which they did without complaint. They had me on my way in about an hour with no prior notice, and they offered to order replacement lug nuts for me so I hopefully won't have this problem again. I have found my new go-to tire shop! My old place constantly complained about my lug nuts but when I asked them to order replacements would never call me back, and I had to wait hours for service every time. Uncle Sam's was fast, professional, and friendly. They have earned my business from now on.
