My experience was very positive. The front desk staff was efficient and competent. The nurse took a quick history of facts that would be applicable to my urgent care visit. The doctor was also very efficient and competent - quickly assessing my need and taking appropriate medical actions. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The only negative at all was a slight wait due to them being pretty busy at the time of my visit. But every staff member who I interacted with took a moment to apologize for the slowness - which honestly helped to reduce any irritation I may have felt. To summarize, my visit was pretty much exactly what I want in an urgent care visit: efficient and successful. I highly recommend this office.

Had the best experience. All staff were very friendly and considering how busy they were even with an appointment they still got you in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back if I need to be seen again.

I went in with a viral infection. Green discharge from my eyes, mucus and chest congestion, a temperature of 100.7 and, they saw me quickly. I was in and out after just over an hour and woke up the next day feeling much better. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful. Customer service was top notch.

When you aren’t feeling well kindness goes a long way and everyone here was extremely gracious! From the front desk, the nurse, and the health care provider. They were professional and knowledgeable. I did have a long wait, but it was also the day after Thanksgiving. Thank you Fast Pace Health for working the day after Thanksgiving and being away from your families! Would definitely visit again if needed!
