I don’t reside in Denton, but due to a difficult family situation I was forced to move my belongings from one storage to another. Jan was extremely helpful and supportive. She is always in such a good mood and has an upbeat spirit. You can’t help smoking when talking with her.

Jan is an absolute delight! She's extremely patient and helpful and Incredibly warm and friendly. She gets fifty stars all the way! Cubesmart itself drops a star because once you move in they raise the rates multiple times a year. I'm pretty sure I'm paying probably $100 a month more than I was when I first moved in. Obvs not the fault of the staff.

This is an awesome storage unit to rent from. Although I didn't rent there is a lady named Rene that works there and she is amazing! When I was having trouble with my back bumper of my car she helped me keep it secured. I highly recommend this place because the staff are incredible! Especially Rene! 😄😄😄😄❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥🙏🙏🙏🙏

Ms. Jan was super helpful and friendly! She worked to ensure that the unit we ultimately chose was the right one for our needs. Very clean property and great prices! Highly recommend!
