  I’m grateful that Angie was able to help me with my Widex Moment hearing aids. Most other places wouldn’t help me because I didn’t purchase my hearing aids there, but since I live in NY, I needed help repairing a broken wire. They were so helpful and welcoming. I very highly recommend this place!

  A recent encounter with the staff at Sound Advice needs to be recognized for the fantastic job they all did. A family member who is terminally ill needed to have their hearing aids repaired. The staff went up and above in having the repairs done as quickly and efficiently as possible. They were so compassionate and understanding of the circumstances. Words fail to express the gratitude we have for making the situation a little more bearable. Thank you.

  I am so happy that I found this place. Setting the appointment was super easy and many appointments to choose from. Staff was very friendly and accommodating on the phone. Same experience when we got there! My mom was nervous to get her ears cleaned for the first time but the experience she had put her at ease and we will be coming back every year from now on. Highly recommended! Thank you!

  I have been putting off getting a hearing aid for a few years. How stupid of me. I had a very pleasant experience at Sound Advice from the moment I stepped in the door. I was greeted promptly and very nicely by the ladies at the desk. Dealing with Dr. Ben Wightman was better and more personal, as to my needs, than I expected. Dr. Wightman went over all aspects of my hearing loss. I felt very comfortable with the whole experience. I should have done this a long time ago. Thank you.
