(March 17, 2021, 3:20 pm)Dad came to Mayfield Assisted Living to be closer to his family after living his retirement life in Arizona became to much of a challenge. Alerted by his neighbors he wasn't doing so well, we knew it was time to bring him closer to family.
Unfortunately his stay was brief (4-months) before passing, he spent his final days with his friends & family.
Mayfield Assisted Living was home, he loved everyone there and was the first one up for breakfast every morning.
