Dr. Jane, Dr. Taut, and all the staff have been so kind during the process of my daughter getting braces. They really took time to explain everything, not just to me but to her. That level of care eased her nerves during what was an otherwise scary, unpleasant process. And any issues we have had since, whether it be a wire poking too far out or a bracket coming off, have been immediately taken care of with a quick, same-day appointment. Dr. Jane and her staff are always very kind, informative and happy. My daughters journey with BSO has been wonderful, even though she should have graduated much sooner from the orthodontist program, they kept her until everything was resolved. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is interested in orthodontic care.

Excellent experience from the moment we entered the door. Efficient. Organized. Kind. Professional. Susan? The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming and patient in me trying to reschedule something. Jeanne the treatment coordinator was so wonderful and incredible and took the time to explain the process in detail and allowed for questions and truly seemed to love her job. Will definitely be bringing our children here. Thank you for a great first experience. Other businesses could learn a lot from you guys!

Love this place so far they are very nice and polite. What I really liked was that any questions that I had they answered and explained to me which was very helpful.
