I suppose it makes sense that a place like this would have pretty much only five star or one star ratings. Take it with a grain of salt based on the individual's perspective (to include their state of mental health). Yes it is true that you may wait a very long time to see certain doctors. It is also true that there is excellent care to be had with the staff here, for little or no cost. My experiences have been nothing but positive with psychiatrist, therapist, case managers, group therapy, administration, etc. Yes there are one or two bad seeds, a couple of staff I've encountered with bad attitude and lazy ethic. The front desk staff is amazing except for "That One B." If you go there you will know who I'm talking about! Overall, this place saved my life and I will be forever grateful.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience with their staff. They have helped me in any and every way possible. I am grateful that there are still people in this world willing to help those in need.
