I love working out here, this is where I learned that consistency is key. The atmosphere is friendly and very encouraging. The instructors are great!!.

I love this place. Wonderful instructors and trainers. I've been coming for the last 6 months and I won't be going anywhere else. Give it a try. You won't regret it!

Visited here with a friend. I don't carry cash but they had a card reader.
They wasn't playing with their workout!
Clean facility, women's bathroom was clean! They had it stocked well with tissue, paper towel,and soap.
Which is great, considering a lot of places is generally missing one or that the dispenser is broken.
Unfortunately I had to leave 30 mins in BUT I do plan to go back.

Love the cardio kickboxing classes, they are the best. The trainers are amazing! Malik, Les, Wade, and my personal trainer Renard you guys ROCK!
