We left because of a slightly lower rate elsewhere a couple years ago but after we had to make a claim with the other company, we quickly realized the kind of service we gave up for a slightly lower rate, and went running back to Bert and his staff. No looking back! We wont leave again for anything. If you want an agent that is there for you, actually cares and returns phone calls, make no mistake, Bert and his staff are a wise choice!
