Best part is the river walk w/decks for fishing, meditating, biking & dog walking AND Many don't realize, it also wraps around the pond leading back to a fun playground which the kiddos love to play at! *Management is very friendly, helpful & quick at resolving issues if ever any. Family has been happy here for over 14yrs.

i would give it a 5-star rating but there is no parks or a clubhouse or a pool for me and my kids to play.. we all wish there was one of these places.
-a good place to live in quiet and maintained place would recommend. -

(April 11, 2019, 6:34 am)Nice little park and you can fish here. Had a Great catch here. Seems like alot of bass come here to breed. My husband and I went here and caught a whole bucket of them. Its very wet and muddy during those rainy days but it is clean. Parking is very small only a few cars.
