I'm really glad I found this place to call home. I am going into my 6th year in this complex. Overall it has been very quiet and my neighbors have been very nice. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient when you put in maintenance requests. Management is good too. The people in the main office really seem to care. When I have had problems they have made attempts to remedy the situation and come up with accomodations for my apartment. I am satisfied with this complex and plan on staying as long as I can.

Note: This review has been amended. I originally had posted a low review, but my concerns have finally been addressed and the current management was very sincere and understanding of what I needed to be comfortable in my space. Past management was much much harder to deal with.

These units are very old. That being said the maintenance workers are on it. The area that my apartment is in is great. My door faces nature. There are wild peacocks all over this area.
I don't care for how people deal with their garbage. The dumpsters get filled with things that should go to the dump like broken furniture, mattresses, etc.
I like it here a lot and plan on being here for awhile.

This place is actually pretty nice for apartment living. 24 hour laundry rooms, a sofa machine, yet you need a laundry prepaid money card to use their facilities. Plenty of laundry units throughout the apartment facility, their parking areas are covered with wooden carports, and two swimming pools / hot tub. Lots of strategically-placed laundry rooms and dumpsters. A bus stop is simply across the road from the complex. Quiet, peaceful, and chill (from my memories, anyway)
