  I had the best experience during my visit to this Verizon Store. Thomas greeted me when I walked in. He advised there was a wait, which I was fine with me. While talking with him he listened to all of my questions, provided answers and he knew exactly what type of phone I would need. I was replacing and older model. He set everything up, took my payment and off I went, a happy customer. Thanks Thomas!

  Awesome customer service! Our family was switching phone companies and I was nervous about the change. Thomas made everything so easy and made me feel comfortable about the switch. He really cares about his customers. We received amazing discounts! We will not only be saving money, but gaining peace of mind that our phone service will work, unlike with our former company. So glad I just happened to stop in there that day. Go see Thomas!

  Out of any Verizon I have gone to in the past, this was by far, the best experience ever. I called the store, on a whim to see if their hours were legit, and it was true! Open til 8pm! And can we talk about Thomas? He asked me what I needed, and when we walked in, 20 minutes later, he had the phone out, and paper work ready.
  
  He was super friendly, and treated us like we have been going to him for years. He never once doubted our intelligence, and found so many ways to get us to save money.
  
  Well worth the drive. And Thomas gained two new forever clients today. Thank you, Thomas. You are phenomenal.
