    I was very happy here for the last few years. However, with the recent changes in the economy, this place went down hill. I am extremely frustrated with the booming stereos and the "hot rods". Yards used to be maintained pretty good and problems seemed to be minimal. Now though, things are getting real ghetto and no-one is doing anything despite the complaints. NEVER see law enforcement in here. May just have to consider another move. Way over priced (in the 500 dollar range for lot rent) for this kind of aggravation.
    EDIT 7-2022: Seems they do listen to tenants! Park is cleaning up. Fixing drainage issues, roads are not bad. Place has really quieted down over the last year. Occasional stereo or bike or load car, but that is everywhere. Getting some new units in too. Only complaint (not really a big one) is the narrow older asphalt driveways. Price to be here is steep though for the area. 550-600 depending.

    I helped a friend move in. The park seemed really nice. It was winter and the streets and walk ways were clear. I can't say how it is living here, but it was so much nicer than I expected from a trailer park. I also am not sure of the pricing for rent or anything, but based on what I saw it was nice.
