Very friendly and quick to help me out with my daughter's phone. Her home/power button was broke on her phone and they were very quick to help get it fixed

I soon as i walked in the door I immediately felt at home. The costumer service was very good and they kept entertained while i was waiting for the fix. They are very efficient when it comes to repairs. They also have a very good insurance plan thats cheap. There is rarely a wait even after all the times i’ve been there i would wholeheartedly suggest that u check them out.

I walked in one hour before closing to drop my iPhone 13.(Cracked screen) The kind gentleman asked my information to look up my claim. Then went on to tell me it would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. I wasn’t expecting it to be fixed that day, let alone 20 mins. They were both very professional and friendly and got the Job done and I was out the door! I would definitely recommend for any of your phones or electronic fixes. Thanks guys!!!

I have used this place a few times and the service is always exceptional. The customer service is excellent. The workers will not lead you on and will help you work with your carrier insurance to help you get your product fixed. If you don't have insurance they will tell you the out the door pricing and even suggest that it might be easier for a replacement handset. They are courteous,polite, timely which is a far cry from a lot of places. I would definitely recommend this business to others and would definitely return for service again.
